The Healing Journey

I was lost.

And now I am found.

I didn’t know what I didn’t know.

So many poor choices.

So much pain.

So much desperation.

It was buried deep down.

I journeyed for years carrying a deep burden in my soul.

Sadness pervaded my spirit.

Heaviness.

Darkness.

The shadow.

The truth was slowly revealed.

Understanding came bit by bit.

Healing through tears.

The revelations that came.

It first tore me down.

Took me to my knees.

Slowly ever so slowly,

I started to wake up.

The deep conditioning.

The addictions.

The lies.

They started to fade away.

The veil started to lift.

Many times I wanted to quit.

I have come too far.

The healing has begun.

Does it ever end?

I don’t know.

I am willing to do the work.

Without the inner work there is no healing.

I heal for me.

I heal to help others.

Whatever hell I have walked through, I can help others come out the other side.

There is another side.

Heaven.

I was in hell too long.

It’s heaven on earth.

The Kingdom of Heaven is in me.

Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven.

Vibrate at the highest energy of love.

Everything will be added to me.

It starts with Self-love.

Self-compassion.

Self-nurturing.

Self-parenting.

Turn self-hate into Self-love.

That’s where the healing has to begin.

Stop the madness.

Stop the self-criticism.

Stop the perfectionism.

Stop being ignorant.

My heart is healing.

I simply heal so I can help others heal.

I am a healer.

One message.

There is hope.

Look in the mirror.

Do the inner work.

Look at the shadows.

They reveal the light.

Love your shadow.

Suppression kills.

Let the monster out of the closet.

That’s when the healing begins.

The cracks let the light in.

The light will overtake the shadow.

Be the light.

Heal.

Embrace the journey of healing.

I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.
